Calls & Meetings
Discovery Calls and other meetings intended to discuss potential website builds/redesigns, partnerships, new projects, or retainer services are treated as sales calls and are not billed.
Calls intended to provide coaching and consulting, training, maintenance, and other types of support for existing projects will be billed according to the rates determined by our current agreement (i.e. If we have a retainer, the rate determined by our retainer will be used to bill for time spent on calls. If we do not have a retainer, we will use the non-retainer rates listed below).
Non-Retainer Work
Website Builds & Redesigns (Scoped Projects)
Website projects are priced based on the scope of the project and the time and materials required to build. We can provide approximate estimates on projects during a 15-minute Consultation, but a more precise bid will typically require a full 1-hour Discovery Call.
On-Demand Hourly Support Rates
Our current rates for on-demand, non-retainer support are $200/hour during business hours and $250/hour for work on outside normal business hours (early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, vacations, etc).
In-Advance Support Packages
To forego a monthly retainer commitment and still receive a discount on our non-retainer hourly rates, consider purchasing hours in advance for $150/hour using one of our Support Packages.
Retainer Work
Clients with retainers receive discounts on hourly work by paying in advance each month. Click here to review our current retainer packages.
