Overview of our Project Development Flow
1. 15-Minute Project Fit Call
Our goal is to quickly understand the problems and opportunities you are facing to determine whether we are a good fit and to guide our research.
2. Proposal, Invoice, & Questionnaire
Based on our market research and if we seems like a good fit, we will send a few proposals. Select an option, pay the invoice, and complete our onboarding questionnaire to get started.
3. Kickoff Call & Discovery Phase
After reviewing your onboarding questionnaire responses, we will schedule a kickoff call to develop our roadmap and timeline. We will decide on communication channels and coordinate closely as we prepare for the project design.
4. Design & Implementation
After developing and agreeing upond the project design and architecture, we will begin our implementation.
5. Launch Call & Next Steps
After collaborating on and completing the final edits, we will schedule a launch call to formally hand off the project and plan next steps.
