In this very dynamic economy (and corrupt political climate), we have found it easier to partner with 1099-MISC independent contractors. This provides both sides with the flexibility that is usually impossible with normal W-2 employment arrangements. This may change in the future, but it is currently the arrangement that has made the most sense to each member of our team.
